Shipping & Returns Policy
Every GIANT MotorSports kit is designed and fabricated in-house in Temecula, CA. Because our parts are built for specific trucks and builds, please call or text 714-265-1450 before you order if you have any question about fitment. We will tell you exactly what fits and what it costs.
Shipping
- Flat-rate shipping: $152 per order to addresses in the United States.
- Local pickup: free pickup in Temecula, CA. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.
- Build time: many parts are built to order. Call or text us for the current build and ship time on your kit.
- Outside the US: call or text us for a freight quote before ordering.
- Sales tax: California sales tax is charged on orders shipped to or picked up in California.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on parts that are not damaged or defective, including parts ordered for the wrong vehicle. That is why we ask you to confirm fitment with us before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Parts
If your order arrives damaged, or a part has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us before installing it:
- Call or text 714-265-1450 or email [email protected] with your order number.
- Send clear photos of the damage or defect, and of the shipping packaging if it was damaged in transit.
- Keep all packaging until we have reviewed the claim.
Once we confirm the problem, we will repair or replace the part, or issue a refund to your original payment method. Do not ship anything back until we have approved the return and given you instructions.
Parts that have been modified, welded, cut, painted, or damaged by improper installation, racing, or off-road impact are not considered defective.
