Giant Motorsports has been building long travel suspension for full-size Ford Broncos since before most companies knew what a prerunner was. Front I-beam kits, rear 64″ leaf spring conversions, engine cages, radius arms, daily driver link kits — everything for your 80-96 Bronco build.
Front Suspension
The full-size Bronco shares its front suspension architecture with the 80-96 F-150 — twin I-beam from the factory, with the same limitations on travel. Giant Motorsports equal-length I-beam kits, lift beam pivots, and radius arms transform the Bronco front end into a genuine long travel setup.

Replacement radius arms engineered for long-travel I-beam setups. Improved geometry and arm strength over stock 80-96 Bronco components.

Rear Suspension — 64″ Long Travel Leaf Spring Kit
The rear leaf spring kit is what makes the Bronco a true long travel truck. Spring-under conversion adds 7″ of spring length with 17″ of free arch — delivering 8-10″ of droop and up to 19″ of total wheel travel. Race-proven at the 2018 SNORE.
