The factory Dana 35 TTB spindle has three documented failure modes — all stress cracks that worsen under long-travel loads, wider track width, or aggressive off-road use. These kits eliminate all three failure points.
Options: 86–97 Ranger/Explorer Dana 44 TTB Conversion Kit using factory Dana 44 beams, spindles, and axles; and the Custom Dana 44 TTB Long-Travel System built from 1/4” main plates with machined billet beam ends and 4.5” of extended track width per side for extreme desert racing applications.
