Giant Motorsports builds one of the only serious long travel suspension kits available for the Ford Excursion 2WD. If you’ve searched for an Excursion lift kit and found mostly leveling kits and blocks — this is different. This is real off-road suspension.
The Excursion Suspension Problem
The Ford Excursion is a massive vehicle on a Super Duty platform. The aftermarket for lift kits is thin — most options are 2″-3″ leveling kits or coilover spacers designed for pavement. For serious off-road or desert use, there are almost no options. Giant Motorsports built their Excursion and Super Duty kits to fill that gap.
Equal-Length I-Beam Long Travel Kit
The Giant Motorsports Excursion 2WD I-beam kit achieves 19-21″ of wheel travel using the same equal-length prismatic beam design we use for F-150 and Ranger builds. It’s the only way to get real long travel capability out of the Excursion’s twin I-beam front suspension.

Why 2WD Only?
The 4WD Excursion uses a different front suspension setup that doesn’t lend itself to the same I-beam long travel conversion. The 2WD Excursion shares the same front suspension architecture as the 2WD Super Duty, which is where Giant Motorsports focuses.
