Long-Travel Front Suspension for 2WD Expedition and Excursion
The 2WD Ford Expedition and Excursion have a large, heavy platform that most long-travel kit manufacturers ignore. GIANT MotorSports built this kit with desert racing expertise: equal-length I-beams, optional crossover steering, 19-21\” of wheel travel. Available as individual components or as a complete combo kit.

Crossover Steering Option
The base kit achieves up to 19\” of travel; adding the crossover steering upgrade pushes the ceiling to 21\” by improving geometry through the full travel range. For any Expedition or Excursion build going to see high-speed desert use or competitive racing, the crossover upgrade is worth adding. Call 714-265-1450 to include it.
2WD Only
This kit is for 2WD Expedition and Excursion only. The 4WD versions use a different front suspension architecture. Call if you have a 4WD Expedition or Excursion and want to discuss front suspension options.
