Custom-Built Dana 44 TTB Beams for Extreme Performance
The GIANT MotorSports Dana 44 TTB Long-Travel System is a custom fabrication — not a bolt-on upgrade. Each set of beams is built to spec using 1/4\” main plates and 3/16\” boxed sections, with machined billet beam ends that retain the factory-style spindle interface. The result is beams significantly stronger and heavier than factory Dana 44 TTB hardware, built for the loads of extreme high-speed desert racing.
Extended track width of 4.5\” per side goes beyond what a stock Dana 44 TTB can achieve, providing the track width needed for proper long-travel geometry at desert race speeds.
