Serious Long-Travel Front Suspension for 80-96 Bronco and F-150

The GIANT MotorSports Equal-Length I-Beam Kit for 1980-1996 Ford F-150 and Bronco replaces the factory twin I-beam setup — never designed for long travel — with a purpose-built equal-length beam system. By extending the beams from 84 to 92 inches outside tire-to-tire, the kit creates the track width and geometry required for proper long-travel front suspension.

Equal-length beams eliminate the unequal scrub radius and inconsistent camber change that the factory offset I-beam design introduces at extended travel. The result is a front suspension that behaves predictably through the full travel range — critical for high-speed desert use.

Track Width Options
