Radius Arms Built for Long Travel, Not Stock Travel
The factory radius arms on 80-96 Ford F-150 and Bronco were designed for the loads and geometry of stock suspension — short travel, narrow track width, modest off-road use. Add an equal-length I-beam kit and push for 15-19\” of front travel, and the stock arms are no longer spec-d for the job. They flex under load, geometry changes in unintended ways, and failure risk increases with use.
The GIANT MotorSports Heavy-Duty Radius Arms are engineered specifically for long-travel I-beam setups. Material cross-section, length, and mounting geometry are designed for the loads that come with extended travel and wider track width.

Compatible Vehicles
1980-1996 Ford Bronco and F-150. Built for use with the GIANT MotorSports Equal-Length I-Beam Kit — the geometry relationship between arm length and beam pivot assumes the GIANT beam placement. Call 714-265-1450 to confirm compatibility if you are running a different beam kit.
Installation Notes
Radius arm pivot alignment is important — the arm should be in a neutral position at static ride height with no bind through the travel arc. If you are replacing stock radius arms on an existing build, confirm the new arm length matches your beam pivot location before installation.
