Transform Your C10 Front Suspension — Stock A-Arms to I-Beam Long Travel
The 1970-1986 Chevy C10 came with a stock A-arm coil front suspension — functional for a work truck, but geometrically limited for long-travel off-road use. The GIANT MotorSports C10 I-Beam Conversion Kit replaces the entire front suspension setup with an equal-length I-beam long-travel system, using a bolt-on cross member that replaces the stock unit cleanly and reversibly.

Lug Pattern Choice
The 5-on-5.5\” pattern (standard Dana 44) gives the widest parts and wheel availability. The 6-on-5.5\” option is for builders matching a specific wheel or brake package that uses the 6-lug GM pattern. Specify at order time — this cannot be changed after the kit is built.
Track Width
80\”-90\” outside tire-to-tire. Most C10 builds run in the 84\”-88\” range for a balance of stability and fitment. Call 714-265-1450 to discuss which width matches your tire and fender goals before ordering.
What You Will Also Need
Dana 44 spindles (sourced separately), crossover steering setup, coil-overs sized to your travel, and an engine cage to mount the shocks. Call before ordering to map out the complete build — the C10 conversion has more variables than a truck-specific kit because of the wide range of C10 configurations.
