I-beam conversion kit for 2005 and newer Toyota trucks. Moves wheels forward 3.0″ with crossover steering and Dana 44 spindle mounts. Includes beams, frame pivots, cross member, radius arms, and passenger steering swinger. Welded to stock frame.

I-Beam Conversion for the Modern Toyota Platform (2005 and Newer)

The 2005-and-up Toyota truck generation (including Tacoma) is the most current chassis GIANT MotorSports builds an I-beam conversion for. The frame geometry, suspension mounting points, and available clearances are specific to this generation — this kit is engineered around those dimensions, not scaled from an older Toyota kit.

Front wheels move 3.0\” forward of stock for additional tire clearance and improved approach angle. Dana 44 spindle on a 5-on-5.5\” bolt pattern provides stronger bearing capacity and wider aftermarket hub and rotor compatibility than stock. Crossover steering is included to correct bump steer at the wider track widths the I-beam conversion produces.

What Makes the 2005+ Platform Different

The 2005-and-up Toyota trucks are taller, wider, and heavier from the factory than earlier generations. Beam width, pivot geometry, and frame mounting dimensions are specific to this chassis. Components from an older Toyota kit are not a direct substitution on a 2005+ truck.

Dana 44 spindles sourced separately. Ball joints for the Dana 44, a tie rod setup sized to your track width, and front coilovers or shocks sized to your planned travel.
