The GIANT MotorSports 62\” long-travel leaf spring kit for Toyota trucks is the one-order complete solution. Unlike the 64\” spring-under kits that require sourcing springs separately from Deaver, this kit includes the Deaver triple-wrapped race spring along with all mounting hardware. Front and rear brackets, 12\” shackle, bash plate, U-bolts — everything you need for the conversion arrives in one package.
Up to 19\” of total wheel travel on a purpose-built race spring. The Deaver triple-wrapped spec is not a street spring adapted for racing — it is a race spring spec from the start.

62\” vs 64\” — Which to Choose
Both achieve the same 19\” travel ceiling. The 62\” kit includes everything (including the spring) and mounts above the axle using a longer spring. The 64\” kit uses a spring-under conversion with 17\” of free arch and requires a separately-sourced Deaver spring spec to your loaded weight. The 62\” is the faster, more self-contained build. If your Toyota is a dedicated race build where loaded weight is a known number, consider the 64\” for rate customization. If you want to get rolling with one order, the 62\” is the right call.
